Civil Case Manager
Brian is the newest addition to the team. He enlisted in the Navy in 2000 and spent 14 years on active duty, living all over the country and world, before moving back to Houston to attend school at the University of Houston Honors College. He graduated Cum Laude in three years with University Honors for his undergraduate degree in Philosophy and then went straight to the University of Houston Law Center, from which he graduated in May of 2020. Upon graduation, he went right to work with the Ciment Law Firm and is quickly learning the ins and outs of debt protection and consumer law. His primary focus at this time is Fair Debt Collection Practices Act litigation because he strongly believes that consumers have robust rights that are frequently violated by debt collectors and that they should be held accountable for their transgressions.
