George Rick Carter has over twenty years of progressive experience representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy court. 

Throughout Rick’s career as a bankruptcy attorney, he has been attentive to detail and tenacious in providing clients with all advantages allowed by law. Throughout this challenging process, Rick has emphasized service to his clients. 

With this experience comes duty. Rick has been a speaker at multiple Continuing Legal Education seminars and has been an active member of a variety of bar organizations.
